I release Students Obtaining Leadership by Innovative Developmental Styles Inc. of all liability or other damages to me, or my child that may result from their participation in the program, including but not limited to transportation, and hold harmless any Students Obtaining Leadership by Innovative Developmental Styles Inc. teacher, program staff, or other representatives, both collectively and individually, or any injury, physical or emotional, other than where gross negligence has been determined.
